Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP's) are employee benefit programmes offered by employers to support the wellbeing of staff. They also can provide information to the employing organisations about any trends which are picked up in staff wellbeing.
The TimeforTalking EAP is designed to help employees in their holistic wellbeing. It provides guidance, support, advice and counselling in dealing with problems that might adversely impact their general wellbeing and their ability to fulfil their work responsibilities. Where there are areas which can be supported, TimeforTalking can offer ideas to the employer.
The EAP service we provide includes an optional free assessment to discuss the support the person is looking for. If counselling is the preference then this is offered in 6-session blocks.
At TimeforTalking we provide both proactive support to help people monitor their wellbeing and responsive support when the person is looking for additional help to deal with a life-coping issue or a critical unexpected incident. The EAP also offers a helpline where people can simply call for one-off support and guidance.
TimeforTalking provides a range of supportive interventions including counselling for depression and anxiety, grief counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and much more.
