Lifestyle Coaching offers a fundamental opportunity to overhaul the life you are living and check to find out can I be a better “me”.
This intervention brings scrutiny on whatever areas of your life you want to focus on: eating, drinking, fitness, sleep, self-care, relationships, career.
All of these areas are connected- health is one. The programmes bring a scrutiny to how you currently live and then create clear plans of changes to be introduced in your life.
The sessions may be every week, or fortnight or even monthly and in between your coach will send you daily text messages to help you to stay motivated.
Coaching Programmes are booked in 12-week blocks, and the cost is £100 for a block. Sessions can be online or by telephone.
